A sizable handbag was waiting in a different kitchen nook as the woman moved there. She quickly stuffed the plastic bag loaded with food inside and went back to assist with the dishes. Hannah, the restaurant manager, entered a little while later and motioned for her and the other cleaner to hurry since she was about to close the establishment.

Together, the two nodded, then cleared the remaining plates. After grabbing her pocketbook, the old woman left the kitchen. He snuck out after her in the same stealth that he had entered. He had never been one to follow someone about, especially at night, but he was curious about this woman who was so audacious as to take from him.
