He bid farewell to the cooks, servers, and housekeepers as he made his way into the kitchen. Despite searching the entire area with his eyes, he was unable to locate the elderly woman. He called off his search and walked away quietly since he didn’t want his quest to be obvious. He was aware of the ideal moment to return.

A Thorough Search
Henry scoured his employee database all day long in search of the woman. But he failed to locate her. Either the woman didn’t work at the restaurant and was stealing food intended for shelters, or she was a recent hire awaiting processing into the system. In either case, Henry needed to put a stop to what she was doing because it wasn’t right. He would need to catch her in the act first, though.
